As an engineer on Cash Growth Optimization, you'll be responsible for bringing millions of new users to the app. You'll build systems for acquisition, onboarding, and activation. You'll create great user experiences at scale and conduct experiments to discover what works, deploying to production multiple times a day.
You'll have the opportunity to move into a technical lead role, with responsibility for a team of engineers and the entire lifecycle of new projects affecting P2P payment activation, cash card ordering, risk insult rates, etc.
